I watched this clip a few hours ago, I'm watching a movie right now called Hostile Border (2015), about 21 minutes into it I see a scene depicting this very same thing but in Mexico, must be a common thing amongst cattle.

I think he might of been so small due to his love of plastic, not many vitamins and minerals in those.Buggers are treated better than humans!
