I've got to wonder if all of these people are still alive. When there's huge amounts of blood like that. I know a few people who are cutters but nothing like this. It makes me sad that anyone feels so hopeless that they cut so deep through their muscles The cuts are so deep, it looks like surgery was done. It's not only the blood loss but the infections. I was all messed up in my youth so I did Narcotics. I can't judge because we all cope in out own way whether it's drugs, alcohol, cutting, sex, shopping gambling. I just hope they get the help they need before it's too late. My heart goes out to them

The woman with the 2 knives deep in her throat freaked me out. I can watch all the videos on here and only certain things give me that weird feeling that freaks me out a little… that picture is one of them.

These people are in so much pain.W hat a horrific place to be mentally. The deeper the cut, the louder and louder cry for help. The repeated actions of deep,dèep, horrific trauma. I've seen many of these photos. |

After looking through the pics I couldn't bring myself to watch the vids. Self harm just hits differently for me. Some of these people are right up there with Coldness In My Heart in terms of extremes, & its pretty disturbing to me that in some cases there seems to be a second person present |
