Didn't notice the chin lol although I see a change in her hair which is much nicer don't know why they have to start out doing this so young she's still a beautiful young lady even with the pudgy chin.

That wasn't as bad as these ones I found. Nice Jay Leno chin. She was very cute and definitely now has that freaky cat woman look that these Hollywood ladies get (when they're much older than Palin).
I feel bad for her.
Yeah, that is the Hollywood look. Longer face with cheekbone implants and eyelid surgery.

It's just looks like she had jaw realignment surgery. Not really an elective surgery and not plastic surgery. You can get your jaw aligned properly or destroy your entire mouth over the next couple of decades. This isn't a vanity surgery.
