in the hospital you are pretty much naked. I had a c-section and I wore a backwards gown so the only thing not showing was my ass. Then they hike it all up around your boobs anyway to be out of the sterile field. Then with the breast feeding and stuff it doesn't much matter who sees what.

Plus when the baby is on the way, u forget all about being covered up between the pain, the pushing, the amazing thing that birth is.

Yeah, it's not that great having feet first. I was in a breech position and the doctor had to stop my mum pushing so he could spin me round. I think the thing to be most worried about it the corn getting more tangled around the babies neck and cutting off oxygen... Still babies can be ok if they are breech, I suppose it just depends on the circumstances  |
