Apparently, some boob operations become infected because of the death of the tissue of the nipples. When operating, the surgeon has to keep the nipples attached to the skin so that they can still have a blood supply and are still viable after the operation is completed. If a surgeon does cut the whole of the nipple off or not leave enough tissue attached, then the flesh may start to decay as it has nothing to keep it alive.  |
