Breast Cancer
Another terrible case of delayed treatment -fear, poverty, ignorance. We can do chemo then surgery or the reverse. Due to the smell, we plan surgery first. This is strictly palliative but will be worth it if we can get her healed and she lives a pain free year or so. She has a good functional status.
