Brazilian Bullfighter Is Gored and Trampled
Xapuri, Acre state A bull rider, identified as F.N.N., 34, was seriously injured after being gored in the neck while riding on a rural property in Xapuri. The victim was wearing all the safety equipment, but the animal swerved and the bull's horn ended up cutting the victim's neck. F. then fell to the ground and the animal, which weighs almost 400 kilos, stepped on the man's chest. After the accident, the victim received help from friends and was rushed to Xapuri Hospital, where he received first aid. |

Looks like he was wearing a colourful tabard as his 'safety equipment.' Got everything that was coming to him. Leave bulls alone!

There is no practical reason to bull ride, bull fight, dog fight, cock fight, kill an animal on safari, butcher animals for their horns/fins/fur, or generally kill for sport. I do like me a good steak now and then, but otherwise...not necessary. MHO. |
