This is hydrocephaly, and this is an awful condition for them to be in... I remember reading about it, she's practically a vegetable, fully grown adult but still effectively a baby. The mother has serious issues letting it get this far. I mean not only can you see that obviously the hydrocephaly is extreme (and has basically crushed and caused underdevelopment of the brain), but there are a multitude of other underdevelopments and birth defects. This human should never have been allowed to live. |
