Re: Brazil - Fence Sitting
A 26-year-old man tried to break into his ex-girlfriend's house on Saturday (11) in Caxias do Sul and got stuck on the iron fence. He was rescued by the fire brigade. The victim was not at home. The man had injuries and abrasions to his buttocks, arms and hands and was taken to medical attention after the rescue. He was then arrested red-handed for failing to comply with an urgent protection measure. |

Re: Brazil - Fence Sitting
At the end of the day, protection measures and restraining orders are just pieces of paper. They don't "protect" at all. |

Re: Brazil - Fence Sitting
No they don’t however there are those occasions where that law was broken and then enforced after the fact.. so it is a protective order and does carry some weight.. sadly men are horrible creatures with violent tendencies which paperwork doesn’t provide much help from.. |

Re: Brazil - Fence Sitting
lady's fence did its job with the way he's screaming, i bet he fucking regrets ever trying to do this. in my experience, restraining orders are like blankets... they can make you feel safe and cozy, but they're only so big, and only so thick — they're easily breached; especially by the psycho bitch you set the order on... the cops never held against this fucking she-SATAN the fact that she attempted to break into our apartment and reclaim her 'possessions' (which we had already managed to sort out the division of), restraining order considered. they showed up and essentially just escorted her from the building... BULLSHIT. great post. |
