We don’t think this is remotely possible but some can swear on their last two shoes that this actually happened. According to popular blogger, Linda Ikeji, a man was reported to have accidentally bit off his girlfriend’s clitoris while aggressively performing cunnilingus.
The incident was said to have taken place in the U.S and the graphic photo below was reportedly taken at the hospital.

Update:
Despite her blood-curdling screams, he tore out part of her clitoris and one of her labia, and spat them out onto the floor.
He fled the home shortly after the attack and tried to leave the country, but was tracked down by Catalonia's Mossos police in the town of Lleida 22 days later.
A judge acquitted him of sexual assault after it could not be proved that the sex was not consensual.
