Nah, I find the worst to be where the bot fly has access to a thick fleshy layer to burrow into. Make no mistake, this kid's skull would have stopped that bot fly larva burrowing into the brain, so it is not as bad as it looks. Easy to track, in fact. Of all all places, I think this were I'd like my Bot Fly to land. Either way, not nice to have a living creature devouring you from the inside and then have well fed, distended evidence popped out before your eyes  |

Precisely, he's coming up for air 'cause they blocked his airhole. This is just the last stomach churning shot before they popped the little sucker out for good.
