When I was 18 and working in a restaurant. I done this... But had my shoe off in under 5 seconds before the oil soaked in ..no burns. Would have been extra bad.. Wing night..grease looks like tar by the end of the night.. (14X's 40 lb. cases of chicken wings in 6 hours or less.. all par fried during the day, then chilled until night, then fried rest of the way per order..) Do not miss doing that nonsense.. |

This looked like my brothers hand when he accidentally poured bacon grease on it. Surprisingly he had no scars, just the emotional one! He never fried up bacon again!
