this may very well be the most disturbing thread on the whole site. looks like maybe it was just born, that could still be the after birth and blood and what not. its umbilical cord is tied...which makes me think its alive. not looking blue or stiff..i dunno hard to say

The picture after the mermaid baby with the four horrific faces looks like it is probably amniotic band syndrome. The bands attach to different parts of the baby and either cut through them or pull them in weird directions.

And Hirschprung's disease is a nasty one. It's when the cells that are supposed to turn into nerves around the bowel don't make it there, so basically they die of terminal constipation.
