Biker's Leg Sliced Off in Accident After Iguana Crossed the Road
Colombia, The entire department of Córdoba is raising their voices in support and hope for the recovery of Omar V. M. and Leider L., two young men widely admired for their entrepreneurial spirit and their connection to soccer and local culture. Both students of the Carmelo Martínez school and members of the Raíces Group, they were injured in a serious traffic accident on the morning of Friday, December 26. The accident occurred at the notorious and dangerous El Ligal curve, on the road connecting Ciénaga de Oro and Chimá. According to preliminary reports, the accident happened unexpectedly when an iguana wandered onto the road, causing the young men to lose control of the NKD motorcycle they were riding. While Leider L. is in stable condition and recovering, Omar remains in critical condition. He is currently undergoing surgery at the Trauma and Fracture Clinic in Montería, where immediate blood donations of any type are needed, with priority given to the following groups: |

Sometimes it's said that a person experiences something that means they "need new underwear". This accident takes that to a whole new level! In fact in this case it might be "needs new balls". |
