See how there's lots of blood there. That's good. Seriously. It means that he's still within the subcutaneous tissue. Had he reached the areolar connective tissue below the galea aponeurotica, he would be fucked as there would be a great chance he would get meningitis through the emissary veins... actually upon further inspection of the video, he got to the periosteum  Very likely he will get an infection(duhh), and that THAT infection will spread through the meningies of the brain(meningitis..a.k.a...he's in for a serious battle) |
