its not a worm. its a rare facial deformity. his name is jose, one day he grew a bump on his face and as the years passed it grew in to many large masses that quickly took over his face

but I thought the guy got it cut away and they showed pictures of his reconstructed face...doesn't really look anybetter. Wish I could remember where I found it...
