urological problems for life..... that went through his bladder and through his hip bone.. Very debilitating injury..

Looks like possible a fall on to and impaled??? Cut the victim free from the remaining stick, control any bleeding, stablize, and transport in position of deformity.

The Urologist Surgeon is going to have a real tough job ahead
