This is most likely a 3rd world country like Somalia or Nigeria or some shit hole like that. He looks like a victim of a gunshot for sure. I was thinking like a .223 or 7.62 or some shit like that. If that was the case, it was probably a front entry wound with a richochet off the cheek bone.......maybe. Sounds good!??
