This is a big abscess present on left cubital fossa, cubital fossa contains very important vessels and nerves so incision should be given with utmost care so as not to injure the vessels. Do the part preperation, clean the area with isopropyl alcohol and betadiene. Now give incision with 15 number blade and you can see the pus oozing out from cavity with gush. Now drain the cavity, clean the cavity with hydrogen peroxide, normal saline after breaking all loculi of the abscess. Do the packing for 24 hours.
