Bicep Tear
Tore my right bicep 2 weeks ago; was doing preacher curls with a 40lb dumbbell when I felt something give. The bruising towards the inside by elbow is about gone. Tried getting an MRI done last week but they couldn't get any good pics for some reason. Am getting another MRI done next week; hopefully these people will know what the F they're doing. I can feel a very small knot where I believe the tear is, but I don't think it's bad enough to have it tied back down with surgery. At least I hope not. The fact that my entire arm between the elbow & shoulder is not purple is a good sign.  · |
