Facial trauma, something to her right hip, she's just chilling there, no sign of pain on her face at all. Shock does wonders. What strikes me is it doesn't look like they took cervical spine precautions at all and the angle at which they're holding her head in the second picture. Not good business IMO, but I'm just an firefighter/EMT.

Shock is a protective device by the body, isn't it?

Wouldn't they have put her in a body bag rather than on a stretcher if she died? She could've died at the hospital, I'm sure, but the fact they didn't put her in a body bag kind of speaks for itself.
