Re: Battling My Acne Part 3
You are beautiful from the inside out. Acne can be used as an excuse to indulge self-criticism that was lying dormant and just waiting for an opening to activate. ************************************* What if you had 100% flawless skin? What if you were at what you considered to be the perfect height and weight? What if you were impeccably dressed with style? What if you flowed with grace and ease? What would that FEEL like? (Think about it. Really.) What would that FEEL like? We tend to accept that circumstances control our feelings. Not so. Not so at all. That's just a mistaken belief. As it turns out, that FEELING is an experience which is not tied to any circumstances. It is a simple matter of you allowing yourself to have that experience. Now. Forget the circumstances. You can give yourself permission to have that experience right now. It's there waiting for you to allow it in. |

Re: Battling My Acne Part 3
You look like a corpse with THAT much make up on. I used to do the exact same thing. I'd pile on the make up, reapply it thought it the day. I was using Retin-A as well. That shit dries your skin out, so putting on a ton of makeup just clogs the pores and dries the skin out even more. Use tinted moisturizer, drink lots of water and don't over wash your face. |

Re: Battling My Acne Part 3
I'm sure burying your zits under two hours worth of make-up is a great way to help them heal..... Just face the fact: you have zits! We guys can't bury ourselves in war paint when we get that shit, so why do you think you need to? get some sunshine on your pale face, eat a healthy diet, more fruit, more veg, less junk, less grease, do exercise, lose a few pounds, and I bet your zits/acne goes away. And that chemical hair dye shit that has stained your skin, would you drink it? I bet not, so don't soak it into your skin either. It is undoubtedly a poison, and the skin is the body's largest organ, which absorbs chemicals just as surely as if you drank them.... |

Fat pizza faced bitch, that's bad genetics right there. Take a look at yourself, how the fuck do you get on with things looking that fugly? I mean you're not even a plain jane we're talking seriously below average so don't concern yourself too much over your pizza face.

Re: Battling My Acne Part 3
So when did you become a geneticist? And have you ever thought of going back to grade school to pick up a little bit of grammar? You might think I'm "fugly" and "pizza-faced" but I "get on with things" quite well. I have a degree in Applied Theology, am a trained psychiatric nurse, speak several languages and have been with my boyfriend for 6 years. So how do you "get on with things" daily, since you're such an illiterate twat? |
