Either they reconstructed his urethra and built a false penis around it (doubtful), or they left the testicles in place for their role in hormone production (most likely reason). This guy's probably going to be pissing through a Foley catheter for the rest of his life.

The guy's penis and balls are still there, you can see the testicles and the shaft (corposum cavernosa sp??) but the skin has been cut away...maybe this was a case of flesh eating bacteria?? Maybe caused originally from a body modification procedure that got infected...?? I read somewhere that the bacteria strangely leaves the testicles themselves alone....weird disease. |
