Re: Ballerina Foot Injuries

I used to do Ballet when I was a child. When my mother noticed how bad my feet were looking, she allowed me to quit! I hated it! But, I didn't let that stop me! I learned how to tap dance, belly dance, and many others. I love to dance, but refuse to do it professionally! I love myself too much to inflict such terrible, harmful discipline onto my body. If you don't think a ballerinas feet are killing her, you are truly a sadistic human being!
I had plenty of people in my life who encouraged me to follow my dreams, and a very special cousin of mine taught me that just because I was living out my dream, didn't mean it had to become a nightmare in order to keep it!

Re: Ballerina Foot Injuries

This is something that I thought I would see at some time but here it is. Those girls are pretty small but even then those are some very small bones and digits they are fluttering around on. Great post and I feel for those girls- I wonder if the injuries subside once they stop ballet dancing or is it permanent? It seems that some of those could very well be permanent.

Re: Ballerina Foot Injuries

Might put her off!! How long has she been dancing?
About 8 years now, she's almost 11. My mother in law is a dancing teacher so she got her started as early as possible

Re: Ballerina Foot Injuries

I find Ballerinas unspeakably beautiful.

They are stronger than any spoiled male multi million dollar athlete fucktard could ever be.

I will tend your wounded feet, my Swan.

Mostly because ballet dancers absolutely hack their shoes to pieces before the wear them to customise them perfectly for their feet because only they know how they want them, the manufacturers can only do so much. Many ballerinas wear gel toe covers (a bit like what you suggested) but some only want their ballet tights, and some don't want anything at all.
