Badly Ingrown Toenail?
Someone posted this in a Facebook group I'm in explaining that the owner of that toe is the son of their friend, and he refuses to go to a doctor. Most responses were that he was at serious risk of sepsis / blood poisoning. I don't think I've ever seen an ingrown toenail this bad.
