Bad Hands and Feet.
The caption with the hands and arm suggested electrical burns. It's pure speculation on my behalf but I think the gangerous feet could be due to diabetes. The person seems to have swollen legs due to poor circulation, possibly obesity and the lower limbs are usually the first areas to be affected. Maybe it was cellulitis or even a flesh eating bug that caused it.  ·  ·  · |

that foot looks nasty... I once worked as a welder and there was this big fat fuck who also worked there and he had all these purple ugly marks and sores all over his legs... disgusting shit... it smelled awful...
