How could someone allow him to be like that. Clearly he wasn't fed so its a safe bet to say he wasn't given any pain meds. I would absolutly love to be given a license to kill, they would all die, its just the way of which i would do it.

Bedridden old people need lots of care. They didn't feed him or give him water or massage him or turn him from side to side. I once did that job for a quadraplegic. It was LOTS of work and attention. This guy is very close to death. Too bad.
