ugh well the most I would ever do is have a lift.. even that would do wonders I think. Being naturally large and now in a 36F since I gained 15 pounds when I hit my 40's, I would downsize in a heart beat. I see things I'd love to wear but just not happening.

I wanted a lift when I turned 18 but decided to get a reduction and I'm happy with how it turned out.
