I'd prefer smaller and NATURAL Any day....  Seriously the only time that should be allowed is from breast reconstruction surgery, like after cancer or an accident  |

these poor fools. this thread makes me terrified of ever getting breast implants, which is something I want for my body. how can you possibly know you're REALLY getting a good surgeon? notice how number 3 totally could have looked normal, but all hell broke loose.
