I think it’s better if you don’t see it. That way when your scratching your wound you can’t see the giant hole with living organisms you can just loose yourself in ecstasy…  You know how good it feels to be able to end an itch by scratching..  |

It appears the person has had a previous back surgery judging by the scar above the boxers. My semi-educated guess would L4-L5-S1 fusion and laminectomy.  |
