Sadly, surgical separation is not possible in this case; for one thing, this baby is not the result of conjoined twinning but facial duplication. Secondly, twins with this amount of fusion can't be separated anyway without killing them in the process.

I believe someone above said they only lived 19 days.
Their skulls were connected in such a way that most likely they would have been unable to separate.
