It ws unclear how the baby got in there but there were victims laying on the road from an accident a witness told.  |

Poor little baby. Those little hands! What makes it worse is the people trying to help get on a god damn bike and she's not using hands! Probably what happened in the first place.

Poor little guy. I hope he was able to make a full recovery. Unfortunately, this probably won't be his last incident involving a scooter.
