this is the result of the shooting of a Palestinian pregnant lady,she was shot at by the scum of this earth the IDF in the stomach and both were killed,her and the unborn child,after this incident the idf started to print t-shirts and hand them out with the slogan on them 1 bullet two kills with this picture on it, very sad indeed.

Spina Bifida or some other neural tube defect; the neural tube, which comprises the brain stem and spinal cord, is incomplete, leading to, usually fatal, birth defects:( Its unavoidable, as its a genetic fault. Can be detected in earlier trimesters.

it looks like the mom was shot, to me. . . but that might just be because I just met a woman who was shot 8 times while she was pregnant. you really can't continue your gangster lifestyle once you decide to be a mommy. . .
