Baby Born with His Heart Outside His Body
Nigeria, Two months ago a baby was born with his heart outside his body at a local hospital in Yobe state, Nigeria. The baby was immediately rushed to the Hospital for a life saving surgery. This extremely rare condition called ectopia cordis affects just eight in every million births. |

my friends baby had the same condition. she held on for several months of surgeries before she died. i'd say this baby probably died too. although, this was 20+ years ago, but we are talking nigeria in this case, so...  |

That had to of changed from a glorious day (giving birth) to the worst (learning of the baby's condition). Hopefully he/she was able to survive the surgery.
