So sad for the kids Always use protection and in case you didn't know..... someone with cold sores who gives oral sex can possibly pass the virus along and it can turn into genital herpes

Herpes is contagious even when people don't have active sores. So somebody could LOOK perfectly fine and still be sharing viruses with you... so the lack of herpes sores does NOT mean your potential partner doesn't have herpes!
