That's not a hernia. That's gastroschisis; it's when the contents of the abdomen form outside of the body whilst the fetus is developing. Usually, the intestines are placed in a sterile plastic bag immediately after birth and the bag is hung above the incubator to let gravity do it's work and hopefully slip the intestines inside the abdominal cavity. There's always a surgery to close the skin and muscle defect, and sometimes the gravity trick doesn't work and it takes a surgery to put them back in.
