Poor kid.
Guessing maybe she shaved her armpits and got an infection/cyst that way..or it was her Lymph nodes..Eother way..hopes she gets to a doc and gets medical treatment.

We don't usually get that big of an infection or cysts from shaving, assuming the blade was in the razor.

Being that red though, if she was my child, we'd be at the doctor as soon as possible.

She could have ingrown hairs, too.

Was thinking towards ingrown hairs that got infected.
And never know with kids..tryin someone's razor to shave.

i was gonna say the same thing, it's pretty close to a lymph node cluster, that should probably have been checked out by a doc, didn't really look like any puss was coming out so i' definately thinkin lymph node.
