Yeah. Those people that wear Colostomy bags, this is what's underneath. It's where they bring the intestine to the surface of the skin, so they can poop that way. I took care of a guy that had one (Plus dementia, so he kept pulling it off all the time- FUN...). His didn't come all the way out like this, so I wonder if they were messing with it?

It also looks like the person has an incisional hernia too. You can see an old scar in the middle of the abdomen.

 I might eventually have to have a colostomy.All depends on my crohns... NOT a pleasant thought. Been debating on this one for a few years.... what IF I had to have one??? I think I would rather die.  |

Just treat your Crohn's and keep in touch with your doc/G.I., get regular colonoscopies, which suck, I know Anyways, times are advanced, before it even gets that far, there might be some new excellent treatments available |
