looks like a clogged stoma to me. getting constipated in one of those is bad news.
My grandma had this.... I don't know what it LOOKED like, but if this is a stoma.... yeah, she had one.... Hers developed scar tissue around it and it....clogged/ got stopped up....
THAT is what killed her.
