Lucky the arrow has only got a target point on it. The point is smooth so it shouldn't rip too much. The arrow has not gone thru very far ( along the shaft, not his neck) so it might have been a low poundage bow. He must have been close, within 30 yards i reckon cos the arrow is so horizontal.
Many compound bows or a heavy recurve bow would have sent the arrow straight thru with the fletching adding some extra damage.
A very lucky, unlucky guy.
