Arm "Blew" Open
In the fall of 2006 my nephew was hurt while at work on an oil drilling rig. He was working with a crew replacing the cable going to the rig's top drive. The cable tore loose and fell about 75', landing across his arm.

The impact caused a compound fracture in his forearm. While on the way to the hospital the swelling in his arm caused the skin to tear apart.

Thankfully, he has fully recovered and is currently working again in the oil fields.
