Another Necrotic Cambodian Limb
10th September 2016 - A man was given aid from the Cambodian Prime Minister (maybe someone knows what it is on the table?) due to a mystery condition that has caused necrosis to his left hand. By the looks of it this man appears to live in the poverty ridden backwaters of Cambodia, by a Paddy in a shack. Unfortunately, these conditions aren't conducive in promoting a long and healthy life.    ·  ·  · |

It's mummified. I wonder if he has it in a makeshift sling because he doesn't have use of the arm or if it just helps with pain? |
