Okay. Made me lazy way up here. Anyway, when my last guniea pig died, I took his cage outside to clean it. Me with the short attention span got side tracked and left the icky cage with the bedding outside. I forgot about it for a few days, typical of me. Anyway, when I finally remembered it, I started to clean it and the entire bottom was covered in maggots. I was like the cliche kid in a candy store. I spent a decent amount of time outside, playing with the maggots, till my older brother came out, pushed me over, and sprayed them with the hose. Damn him. |

The maggots are actually helping him, they eat the infected flesh and leave the healty part intact! If you were incapable of treating your wounds you want to get maggots on then :P
