Uh...I don't think she's anorexic. I'm like the same size as she is in the first pic and I'm definitely not anorexic. She's small but she doesn't look sickly. Plus when you're anorexic tgere is a point where your period stops so u probs can't get pregnant.

You can be obese and still anorexic. The diagnosis comes from refusing to eat, burning more calories than you take in, etc. You can have weight reduction surgery and lose a ton of weight quickly and just be average but still considered anorexic.

Wow, ignorance everywhere in this thread. To be anorexic your BMI MUST be <17 if you're an adult and <14 if you're a child. Your periods also have to stop to get a diagnosis. Noway can you be obese and anorexic, what an insulting thing to say for people who actually struggle with eating disorders. Fucking fatties.

Interestingly, the new DSM-V is coming out this year and they're removing the lack of menstruation from the diagnostic criteria for anorexia.
