Unfortunately, the poor baby gators only survived a week. However, turtles born with 2 heads or "siamese" style as in the first group of photos appear to deal with the anomaly very well. The heads usually have separate brains and they work very together. They even cooperate when eating. Neat huh?

Great photos. Without being too deep it seems as thought the majority of these anomalies happen with reptiles and amphibians. I wonder if it's related to their DNA structure and can be more easily impacted by environmental conditions.
