There are several soft contact brands that are promoted for sleeping in. I wear Biofinity, personally. If you fall asleep in them and have a hard time getting them out, just put lots of drops in your eyes. It'll help. |

They cannot go up into your head so stay calm. They usually work themselves back to where they belong, but, if you can see clearly, they must be in the right place. Lots of drops or saline like khathryn said. If you cannot remove them, your eye doctor has plastic things that look like tweezers to remove them. |
