I use a Braun Oral-B and a Waterpik. Really good combination. It has reversed some pretty substantial periodontitis (gum disease).

My sister has pretty bad gums and has had to get a few gum "transplants" (I'm not sure what they call it). They sow some gum tissue to the places where they've receded.
So the last time she had it done I was like where the fuck do they get the tissue from... and she said it was fuckin cadaver tissue! I should have known. Dead persons shit sewn into your mouth. So vile.
And she won't get the god damn Sonicare!

If you get one you can stick the bristles in a glass of water and see how powerful it is. But if your combo is working then that's cool too.
