It looks like a burn. I had an arson suspect that accidentally squirted himself with an accelerant right before he torched a business. Needless to say it was all over his crotch and when he lit the match it caught the fumes from his pants and did pretty much what you see here...except more of his butt was involved. He couldn't lay down fir months. They had him leaned over the bed every time I checked on him at the hospital. I kinda hated to charge him once he recovered, but the damage to the business was hundreds of thousands of dollars.
