My daughter used to get tons of acne around her mouth and then she switched to a toothpaste without fluoride and it cleared right up. Perhaps you have an allergy as well.

I used to have some fuckin' horrible acne in my teen years. My mom finally took me to the dermatologist and they prescribed me two topical solutions - which I don't remember what they were called except for Clindamycin and then a clear gel to put on at night...WORKED WONDERS. All that proactiv shit and whatever they sell at stores doesn't help. But if you get that combo like I just told you it will work. Promise.  |

Found out my triggers. Eating chocolate to excess and drinking lots of milk. Also if I have a big thing coming up in future that I'm worried about, it sets me off. Photo here shows my chin with several whiteheads and I have two cystic lumps under the skin. I ate half of a jar of Nutella and am paying the price.

Have you tried any of those niacinamide skin lotions? I've been trying some different things and I really like this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o04_s00 Niacinamide is the absorbable form of Niacin (B3) and it's supposed to be good for getting rid of acne. I just like the way it makes my skin look and feel so I wanted to pass that on. Anyway, you look so much better than the first time you posted. |
