For most of human history, that kind of wound would have been fatal in the majority of cases due to infection and what not.

Nowadays, it cleans up 'neat as you please'.

Jeez if that was in the USA (United law Suits of America) the parents would have sued everyone from the janitor to the school safeties that are children.

Im shocked by how nicely it healed. It looked there would have been one of those concave skin graft covering muscle jobs.
